What to Expect We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to join our data collection team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining data collection hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the consistent manufacturing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of data collection equipment. Shifts: 8:00AM-4:30PM or 4:00PM-12:30AM Schedules:Sunday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday What You'll Do A valid driver's license is required Assemble prototype and production-level data collection hardware, ensuring consistent quality Perform all levels of assembly, including building, testing, and inspecting custom wire harnesses with high attention to detail Collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and test new hardware configurations Develop and maintain best practices for manufacturing and deployment, identifying areas for improvement to maximize quality and reduce downtime Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, ensuring that equipment is fully functional and reliable before being deployed - Will utilize company vehicles to support offside needs up to 20% of the time.
