What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment. Machine high-precision aerospace components to demanding tolerances. Read blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, and make tooling/offset adjustments. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to improve processes. Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and teamwork. Experience with CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi-axis equipment. Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills. A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and desire to learn. Aerospace experience preferred but not required for strong machinists. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team first mindset.
