What You'll Do

• Conduct a thorough audit of the current Monday.com board structure, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align the platform with critical operational goals.
• Design and implement custom views, robust board structures, and sophisticated backend workflows tailored to significantly enhance operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues, including broken links, faulty views, automation failures, and integration challenges, ensuring a stable and reliable system.
• Provide expert recommendations and implement best practices to optimize platform usage, streamline processes, and significantly improve the overall user experience.
• Prepare and deliver a meticulously organized and intuitive board, ready for seamless ongoing data entry and management by the internal team.
