Responsibilities



  • Own influencer campaigns from initial strategy and briefing through execution and launch.
  • Review influencer talent pitches and recommend creators based on campaign goals, audience needs, and brand fit.
  • Develop clear, strategic briefs for influencer agencies and external talent.
  • Review creator content and provide actionable feedback that strengthens both creative quality and campaign alignment.
  • Manage influencer content, approvals, deliverables, and timelines across assigned campaigns.
  • Partner with agencies and creators to ensure content meets strategic, creative, and brand requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Marketing leadership, paid media, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support a range of initiatives, including product launches, brand campaigns, and culturally relevant activations.
  • Monitor developments across the AI, social, and creator landscapes to inform campaign recommendations.
  • Identify the right talent profiles, tactics, and activation strategies for each campaign.
  • Bring campaigns to market while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.


Required Qualifications



  • Approximately 4-5 or more years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media, talent management, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns involving approximately 15-20 or more creators.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to evaluate talent pitches and creator content.
  • Experience developing influencer strategies, talent criteria, and agency or creator briefs.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with external talent and agency partners.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organization and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and influencer-marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with consumer AI products and the current competitive landscape.
  • Ability to independently own a campaign while collaborating closely with a broader team.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with CreatorIQ or a similar influencer-management platform.
  • Experience supporting consumer technology, AI, CPG, lifestyle, entertainment, or other highly visible consumer brands.
  • Experience working across different creator categories.


The successful candidate will be strategic, creative, highly organized, and comfortable operating at full speed while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and talent.
