Step into a pivotal role where your creative vision will directly influence national advertising campaigns and engaging in-store experiences for a beloved brand. You will be instrumental in building a cohesive brand identity and spearheading the conceptualization and execution of marketing programs across all channels. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you will lead the charge in bringing strategic campaigns to life, ensuring every visual touchpoint resonates with the brand's promise and captivates its audience. What You'll Do

• Support the Senior Art Director in conducting trend research and developing strategic marketing campaign concepts that deliver creative solutions aligned with key business objectives.
• Build compelling concept boards, detailed photo briefs, and channel-agnostic designs that transform creative visions into tangible realities.
• Provide expert art direction to photographers and stylists on set, ensuring visual excellence and brand consistency.
• Manage project workflows efficiently and mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and creative development.
• Collaborate closely with Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production, and Marketing teams to deliver robust, immersive 360-degree consumer experiences.
• Present creative solutions confidently in various leadership settings and cultivate strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrate a passion for client service, innovation, expertise, teamwork, balance, respect, and proactive initiative in all endeavors.

What You'll Bring

• 5-7 years of professional design experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Background in retail, beauty, or fashion, with a strong grasp of current industry and design trends.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• Prior people management background.
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design.
