As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol CPR Support at Amazon Warehouse in Concord, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control and badge screening, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use communication and technology skills to report security-related concerns and assist visitors and employees. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, exterior areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicate with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders, and document relevant details.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
