Description Beverage Cart & Outlet Attendant \| Golf Course Outlet TBD Location: Horseshoe Bay, TX Pay: $8.00/hour + tips Employment Type: Full-time (on-site) Overview Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Beverage Cart & Outlet Attendant to provide on-course beverage service and support food and beverage outlets. This role is responsible for delivering products to golfers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of guest service. Responsibilities Operate a beverage cart to sell food, non-alcoholic beverages, alcohol, and tobacco products on the golf course Deliver food orders to golfers as requested Stock and prepare cart or service station daily, maintaining proper inventory levels Accurately process payments and reconcile daily sales Monitor inventory, including alcohol counts, and complete required reporting Clean and maintain the beverage cart and dispose of trash at the end of each shift Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to all guests Support restaurant or bar operations as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record TABC and Food Handler certifications required Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Benefits Work Environment: Subsidized housing and shuttle service (availability-based) Access to select resort amenities Compensation and Perks: Tipped position with additional earning potential Meal subsidies and employee discounts Discounted stays at Crescent Hotels & Resorts properties Career Development: Advancement opportunities, including the Manager-in-Training program Full-Time Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Disability, critical illness, and accident coverage Associate Relief Fund access Apply Join the Horseshoe Bay Resort team and support a high-quality golf and hospitality experience.
