Aquent, a leading global talent agency, is partnering with a premier AAA game publisher to find a dynamic Product Marketing Manager. This is an unparalleled opportunity to significantly influence the success and growth of an online game store, directly shaping player experiences and driving key business outcomes for a beloved platform.

Are you ready to dive into the heart of the gaming industry and make a tangible impact? We're seeking a visionary marketing professional to champion product portfolios, drive strategic campaigns, and optimize the full product lifecycle for a leading online game store. In this role, you'll be instrumental in connecting millions of players with their next favorite game, leveraging innovative strategies and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve remarkable results.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and expand marketing relationships with partner teams by taking ownership of assigned publisher or product portfolios, with a focus on first-party and second-party titles.
  • Manage a portfolio of 10-25 accounts on an ongoing basis, overseeing approximately 80-100 products annually.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial announcement through post-launch, strategically optimizing product beats by utilizing the online game store's owned channels.
  • Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and provide cross-functional leadership, collaborating closely with game development teams to drive strategic campaign planning and growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional activities with partners and identify opportunities for discount or sale campaigns by working with the Promotions team.
  • Ensure the timely launch of marketing channels by overseeing copywriting, asset collection, task tracking, and release schedules.
  • Utilize AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude) and workflow platforms (e.g., Airtable, Jira) to manage automated operations and ticketing systems efficiently.
  • Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and broader publishing events on player acquisition, engagement, and key business performance indicators. This includes monitoring product performance, optimizing strategies, and providing feedback to partners.
  • Share best practices and conduct post-mortem analyses to foster broader group visibility and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments, including Business Development, Store Operations, E-commerce, and Legal, to create synergies and align business strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in gaming product marketing, games-as-a-service (GaaS), or live-service platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously within defined guidelines and exhibit strong commercial judgment.
  • Marketing experience with major live-service / free-to-play game companies.
  • Previous experience in online game store marketing platforms.
