Content Review Operations Manager

Aquent is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions. This organization is at the forefront of developing and delivering high-quality medical and promotional content that impacts patient care and industry standards. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team and play a pivotal role in optimizing their content review operations. In this dynamic position, you will lead the charge in streamlining critical medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes, ensuring that vital information reaches the market efficiently and compliantly. Your expertise will directly contribute to accelerating the delivery of impactful content, upholding the highest standards of quality and regulatory adherence, and ultimately making a tangible difference in the lives of patients.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Content Review Operations plans, ensuring alignment with internal compliance and product standards.
• Lead and facilitate Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) content review processes, maintaining strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and audit readiness.
• Manage material flow throughout the entire review lifecycle, including submission validation, agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, and follow-up resolution.
• Validate and steward content metadata and business rules to support modular content standards and campaign strategy needs.
• Manage resource allocation and utilize accelerator tools to optimize review workflows and accelerate speed-to-market.
• Provide informational resources and ongoing guidance on content systems, supporting teams through evolving standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational gaps and compliance risks, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring partners follow established standards.
• Maintain complete audit trails and compliance documentation for all reviewed content assets.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3+ years focused on content/digital asset management, content/marketing operations, content review and approval, compliance, or governance.
• Hands-on experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) or similar systems as the primary tool for digital asset management and content approval.
• Proven background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or another highly regulated industry.
• Deep understanding of marketing and medical content lifecycles and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to build operational processes and leverage technology to boost efficiency.
• Advanced program management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint).
