What to Expect As a Site Operations Specialist within Tesla's Energy Operation Center Warehouses, you will control the delivery of seamless workflow, precise inventory management, and exceptional internal customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This self-directed role independently owns daily site operations, applies sound business judgment to make real time decisions, prioritizes work by business needs, and ensures full compliance with company policy and required training. What You'll Do Daily Operations: Provides directions and oversight over assign tasks across operations. Serve as a key liaison between teams, management, and partners, using sound judgment. Drive alignment and collaboration through briefings, updates, and stakeholder meetings. Independently oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and system checks. Follow reporting procedures (logs, incident reports, metrics, compliance docs) to ensure efficiency, quality, and standards Safety Compliance: Oversee/enforce OSHA & environmental compliance (waste/hazmat programs).Maintain rigorous regulatory records.Cultivate proactive safety culture via monitoring, audits, and training Inventory Management: Independently oversee and evaluate all inventory processes. Conduct proactive stock-level monitoring, cycle counts, and real-time data analysis. Ensure complete inventory integrity, accuracy, and internal compliance Documentation: Oversee/uphold rigorous documentation standards (packing slips, pick lists, job closeouts). Ensure complete, compliant, and reliable records that enables seamless operations Material Delivery: Control, evaluates, and optimize internal site logistics. Ensure timely and precise material delivery to job sites. Provide seamless support for production and operational excellence Process Optimization:Proactively investigate operational inefficiencies and identify root causes.Drive effective solutions to resolve operational problem sets Facility & Contingency Plan: Oversees facilities maintenance, security protocols, and vendor services.
