Position Title: Production
Wage: $15.50-$16.50/hour Shift: 10-hour shifts Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, Overtime as needed; 4:30pm-3:00am Monday-Thursday, Overtime as needed Want a job where you're building, using tools, and staying busy instead of sitting around? We're hiring Production Assemblers for a company in West Burlington, IA. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-paced production environment and willing to rotate tasks as needed to support production goals. Training provided! Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform assembly-related functions using hand or power tools - Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners - Work at different workstations based on production needs - Identify all parts used on assigned product lines and understand placement requirements - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Use pallet jacks to move products as needed Production Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift - Ability to stand for a full 10-hour shift - Ability to work in a hot environment - Ability to work effectively with others - Basic skills using handheld power tools and measurement devices - Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with coworkers and supervisors - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment IND101 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
