Site/Civil Engineer
Job Description Dewberry is currently seeking a Site/Civil Project Engineer for our Site/Civil Department in our Richmond, Virginia office. The individual will join a growing team providing comprehensive civil engineering services to public and private sector clients, with an emphasis on energy utility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong land development design experience and the technical ability to lead the day-to-day civil design of projects under the direction of a Project Manager. This position is well suited for an engineer who is proficient in Civil 3D, can independently advance designs from concept through construction documents, and is comfortable providing technical guidance and training to junior staff. Experience supporting energy and utility projects, particularly solar, electric transmission, or electric distribution projects, is preferred. Lead and coordinate site/civil design efforts under the direction of the Project Manager.
