Global Power Components is a privately held, financially sound, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures, and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

Overview:

We are seeking motivated General Labor Associates at our production facilities in the Milwaukee area. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and develop skills that can lead to advancement opportunities within the company.

Opportunities are available in:

• Weld Prep - Grinding and sanding steel to prepare components for blast and paint.

• Paint Prep & Touch-Up - Assist with surface preparation, masking, and paint touch-ups to ensure finished products meet quality and appearance standards.

• Sanding - Sanding and prepping steel and aluminum components for the build process.

• Build - Assisting with the assembly of generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and modular metal structures.

• Breakout - Organizing, staging, and preparing materials and components to support production operations.

• Finishing - Performing final touch-ups, inspections, and preparation of completed products prior to shipment or the next stage of production.

• Shop Cleaning - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including general housekeeping and emptying trash bins.
