Overview:
Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. Global Power Components is a privately held, financially sound, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures, and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. We are seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to repair industrial machinery.

Responsibilities:

* Maintenance of various CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment

* Maintaining asset reliability to a high standard

* Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations

* Equipment lubrication, filter changes and standard preventative maintenance

* Equipment troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations

* Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling

* Working closely with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

* Utilizing safe work practices

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience with machine maintenance in a CNC environment

* Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus

* Experience in troubleshooting, dismantling, and repairing a variety of machinery including CNC equipment

* Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance

* Ability to read and interpret a variety of blueprints, schematics, and documentation

* Computer literate

* Manufacturing experience

* Able to read blueprints and schematics

* Able to troubleshoot and problem solve

* Must be highly motivated

* Able to communicate and work well with others

* Must pass competency test, and pre-employment physical including drug screen
