PCB/Substrate Manufacturing Wet Process Technician Intern

* Participate in a structured, supervised internship as a PCB/Substrate Manufacturing Wet Process Technician intern.

* Apply related community college coursework to hands-on manufacturing assignments under the direction of a qualified mentor.

* Follow cleanroom, chemical handling, environmental, health and safety, quality, and documentation requirements.

* Learn the PCB/substrate manufacturing flow, with emphasis on high-layer and high-reliability products.

* Observe, operate, and monitor assigned wet-process equipment in accordance with approved procedures and level of authorization.

* Build foundational exposure to develop-etch-strip chemistry, chemical de-smear, electroless copper plating, electrolytic copper plating, outer-layer etching and development, and solder-mask processing.

* Support equipment checks and basic preventive-maintenance activities as assigned.

* Participate in troubleshooting and process-improvement projects spanning multiple competencies.

* Demonstrate professional conduct, communication, teamwork, attendance, and responsiveness to mentor feedback.
