Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce - (employer: Sirius XM Radio LLC; job location: Irving, TX) - Lead the development and support of scalable, high-impact Salesforce platform solutions that power customer subscription and account management across our organization. Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST integrations. Create and manage robust, scalable integrations between Salesforce and cloud-based systems, ensuring real-time data flow and system reliability. Troubleshoot complex issues, implement performance optimizations, and support mission-critical application uptime. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, efficient technical solutions. As a subject matter expert and technical leader within the team, share knowledge and drive best practices across the platform. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Software or Electronics), or Computer Information Systems, plus five years of post- Bachelor's progressive experience in the offered position or as Software Engineer/Developer or IT Analyst. All required experience must have included developing Salesforce application solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce and API integrations; delivering event-driven architecture using Salesforce Platform Events; integrating Salesforce with AWS, leveraging Lambda, S3, and API Gateway; implementing Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and org-wide defaults; using Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket and Copado for CI/CD pipeline development and deployment; performing version control and release management using Git, SVN, and multi-environment Salesforce deployments; and developing asynchronous and bulk Apex (Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods, bulk triggers). #LI-DNI.
