We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Manager 4 to drive supplier performance, delivery execution, and operational excellence across a global supply chain organization. In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and commodity teams to ensure material availability, improve supplier performance, and support business growth during high-volume production ramps.

What You'll Do:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle to support manufacturing demand.
- Coordinate material requirements and procurement activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Establish supplier performance metrics and monitor delivery, quality, responsiveness, and operational effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing strategies.
- Develop supplier plans to ensure material availability aligns with forecasted demand.
- Represent supplier business management within cross-functional commodity teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planning, and suppliers to resolve material shortages and supply chain constraints.
- Analyze supplier performance data and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Develop presentations, white papers, reports, dashboards, and process flow documentation to support operational initiatives.
- Monitor product costs, prevent negative PPV impacts, and support cost-reduction programs.
- Drive supplier operational improvements focused on quality, capacity, delivery, and scalability.
- Support global factory operations and multiple commodity groups.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing suppliers, global factories, or commodity-based supply chains.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, operations, manufacturing, or materials management.
- 4+ years of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent enterprise planning systems.
- 4+ years of experience performing supplier performance management, supplier development, or supplier relationship management.
- 3+ years of experience leading process improvement, inventory management, procurement optimization, or manufacturing initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing operational data and developing reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience supporting complex manufacturing or high-tech supply chain environments.
What Sets You Apart:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index/Match functions, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Experience managing supplier delivery performance, quality improvements, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale production ramps and supply chain transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kanban, Min/Max, inventory optimization, and supplier collaboration methodologies.
- Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, scorecards, and operational reviews.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Experience supporting global supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve supply chain visibility and operational performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

- Work Locations: Fremont, CA, or Livermore, CA.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
