As a Vice President, MedTech Research, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior clients, drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver research that influences critical healthcare decisions.

Role Summary:

The Vice President, MedTech Research is responsible for the growth, profitability, and strategic leadership of a portfolio of MedTech clients. This individual builds trusted client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, oversees research excellence, and develops talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with MedTech clients.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending impactful solutions.

• Drive revenue growth through account expansion and new business development.

• Partner across Ipsos teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

MedTech & Research Expertise

• Bring expertise across Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Digital Health, Healthcare IT, or related sectors.

• Lead quantitative research programs including market assessments, segmentation, demand forecasting, message testing, pricing, and customer experience studies.

• Translate data into actionable recommendations and business strategy.

Business & Project Leadership

• Manage account plans, forecasts, revenue goals, and profitability targets.

• Provide executive oversight across the research lifecycle to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Champion innovation and operational excellence.

People Leadership

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

• Build high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Bring

• 9+ years of market research or insight experience.

• Significant experience supporting Medical Device, Diagnostics, Digital Health, or broader MedTech organizations.

• Strong client management, business development, and leadership skills.

• Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and storytelling with data.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
