Overview

Waters Corporation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Campaign Specialist to support planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue. The role blends creativity and differentiated messaging with data-driven execution, leveraging digital channels, and cross-functional collaboration to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Alignment

    Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation tactics across email, paid media, social, webinars, content syndication, and websites.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Segment Leaders, and Regional partners) to support growth initiatives, new product launches, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Support alignment of campaign messaging by leading completion of initiative briefs that resonate with prospective customers and offer clear guidance on creation of multi-tactic programs.

Tactical Execution

  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking from launch through post-campaign analysis.
  • Excels in project management with a focus on ensuring campaigns launch on time, on budget, and with measurable outputs.
  • Guide creation of nurture campaigns and third-party programs that build brand awareness and create demand for critical programs and portfolios.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and optimization opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across channels to continuously improve results and message stickiness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, audience behavior, and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement.

Lead Management & Funnel Support

  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution across the funnel.
  • Ensure campaign-generated leads are seamlessly handed off and actively supported through the funnel - including timely uploading into the company's CRM system.
  • Contribute to funnel conversion improvements by driving higher-quality, sales-ready MQLs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-7 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and translating data into insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative, content, sales, and analytics teams
  • Possess a growth mindset - open to testing and learning opportunities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Salesforce.com experience is essential
  • Experience with Monday.com and Power BI is advantageous
  • Experience leveraging Paid LinkedIn is desirable
