REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited* college/university and 9 years of experience in program finance or project management, including experience developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements; providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones; providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs; validating costs; establishing and updating forms in multiple software packages to ensure customer has complete and accurate project information at all times; coordinating administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of project management to track the cost and schedule of tests; ensuring labor, flights, material, and travel charges are correct; communicating funding status to customers; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure cost objectives are not exceeded; and reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve and support the MSTD contractors on the RTC Engineering and Test Services Contract - for the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC), serving as a senior leader.

• Serve, Manage and Lead a team of 12 professionals comprised of: Division Test Coordinators, Program Integrators, and Test Coordinators in supporting every phase of test management
• Monitor the execution and utilization of RTC business systems to ensure ADSS, CET, PMM, and CIMS resources are allocated and updated per the appropriate process.
• Ad-hoc support asrequired.
