Job Description Daily Tasks: Ensure that the correct stain is applied to the product and removed free of build-up and rag marks. Read product labels to confirm the correct stain is used Check the product for defects or material flaws. Must past the proper hue color test if viewing color. Use color panels to ensure a correct color match. Operate tanks at the correct pressure and complete appropriate preventative maintenance measures. Must follow Safety and Environmental Polices and Guiding Principles. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in painting, spray application, or industrial finishing processes. Job Requirements Ability to learn and adapt to new situations quickly. Able to interact with diverse groups of people. Must have a positive attitude. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Able to effectively use problem solving skills. Meet the physical demands of the job. Understand the effects of the equipment on finish application. Able to apply multiple types of finish materials to a variety of products. Good verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. High School Degree or GED Candidates must have at least one year of experience in painting, spray application, or industrial finishing processes.
