The Role

UST is searching for a Microsoft 365 Expert Solution Architect with expert-level administrative knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.

What You'll Do

* License Management: work with Global Procurement to report on license utilization and assign licenses as required.

* Assist with Application and Copilot Integration: Work with application teams to guide them on the usage of Microsoft Graph, help them test in test environment, assist with Change Management process.

* Automation & Scripting: Ability to develop, deploy, and maintain PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripts to automate repetitive tenant administration tasks, bulk provisioning, and custom reporting.

* SharePoint and Exchange responsibilities:

* Ability to administer and maintain SharePoint and Exchange Online: site architecture, permissions, tenant settings, search configuration, content migration, versioning, lifecycle management, mail traces and SMTP troubleshooting.

* Provide operational support and troubleshoot SharePoint and Exchange issues, provide user support, and create documentation and training materials for users and administrators.

What You Need

* Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

* Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Entra ID tenants.

* Technical Skills:

* Experience with Copilot Studio Agent development using ALM pipeline.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features: Azure AD, conditional access, Microsoft Purview/Compliance, Information Protection, DLP, retention policies.

* Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for M365/Entra automation.

* Deep understanding of cloud security principles, Zero Trust architecture, and data lifecycle management.

* Experience managing tickets via ServiceNow.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote - US

Compensation Range: $100,000-$150,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
