Your Role, Your Impact Develop and scale EHS programs to meet evolving regulatory and operational demands across multiple sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety culture and ensure compliance at every level. Ensure reliability of EHS systems through rigorous audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion innovative approaches to hazard identification, mitigation, and sustainability practices. Lead knowledge sharing sessions and mentor teams to elevate EHS standards company-wide. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field. EHS experience including team management in industrial or transportation sectors. Expertise in OSHA, EPA, and local EHS regulations; proficiency with EHS management systems and incident investigation tools. Strong grasp of risk assessment, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on team development.
