Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Harley-Davidson's Engineering organization, with opportunities to support additional functions in the future. This role partners closely with hiring managers and is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer management. The ideal candidate will possess strong business partnership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines. Job Responsibilities Recruiting Leadership: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and key stakeholders to identify qualified candidates, gather feedback, and make hiring recommendations. Educate, advise, and influence stakeholders on recruiting best practices and the talent acquisition process. Talent Pipeline Development: Work closely with stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for open roles while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Leverage professional networks, industry contacts, and social platforms to identify and engage talent. Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive, seamless, and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Data & Analytics: Monitor recruiting metrics and industry trends to inform hiring strategies and improve outcomes. Use data to identify challenges, communicate insights, and recommend solutions. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR business partners. Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in talent acquisition initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing recruiting processes, improving efficiency, and delivering a best-in-class hiring experience. Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Education Specifications Degree in Human Resources or related area Preferred. Experience Requirements Required Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Experience in full lifecycle recruiting of professional positions in a corporate environment, including experience developing creative and innovative sourcing strategies. Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization Experience identifying and maintaining relationships with passive candidates. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
