At DeZURIK, we're looking for a Master Scheduler who will play a critical role in aligning production plans with business objectives. In this highly visible position, you'll partner across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure we deliver for our customers while optimizing inventory and capacity across the organization. What You'll Do As our Master Scheduler, you will: Develop and maintain an effective Master Production Schedule (MPS) that supports customer delivery commitments and operational goals. Create and manage a valid Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to ensure production resources are aligned with demand. Serve as a key contributor to our integrated Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, helping drive informed business decisions. Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, usage trends, lead times, and demand fluctuations to keep the organization positioned for success. Maintain the integrity of MRP data, forecasts, and safety stock strategies to support on-time delivery and inventory objectives. Collaborate with planners and demand flow coordinators to establish priorities and navigate changing business needs. Lead and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, productivity, and operational performance. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of master scheduling and planning experience in a manufacturing environment using MRP systems. APICS certification or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills Strong ERP, MRP, and demand planning systems expertise. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Why Join DeZURIK?
