50% - Coordinate, Plan, and Execute on and off campus recruitment events, as well as New Student Orientation. Create and update presentations and informational materials regarding CGCC's degree programs, departments/services and enrollment processes. Outreach utilizing Salesforce CRM system, email, phone calls and text to follow up on inquiries and assist with enrollment processes 

30% - Provide enrollment services support for Admissions, Academic Advisement, Financial Aid, and Early College both in-person and virtually.

10% - Communicates with students and parents in person; email; virtually; and telephone for both outreach and enrollment services.

10% -Other duties as assigned.

Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution, and one (1)  year full-time of student services or college teaching experience or experience assisting with educational program development and coordination, student advisement, financial aid, customer service, or related student development programs.

OR

An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
2. Experience supporting new student orientation at a college or university.
3. Demonstrated experience speaking and presenting to large groups in a public setting.
4. Experience using Conex, CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other related technology platforms.
5. Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment.

Driver's License: Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D driver's license is required; must meet minimum standards regarding driving: http://www.maricopa.edu/legal/rmi/vehicle.htm#requirements

Travel: May be required to work at multiple sites or locations.

Work Schedules: M-F 8-5, Summer hours M-Th 7-6. Work Schedule Varies.

May be required to work evenings and weekends

Lifting: May be required to lift or carry up to 25lbs.

Computer: May be required to sit for a prolonged period of time; viewing a computer monitor

Noise: Will be required to work in an area of light to heavy noise levels daily

Temperatures: Work outdoors in a variety of temperatures and environmental conditions
