Position Title: Heat Seal
Wage: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (Mon-Fri) Join a fast-paced production team where attention to detail and quality matter! As a Heat Seal Operator, you'll operate heat-sealing equipment, inspect and prepare garments, monitor product quality, and keep orders moving efficiently through production. This position is located in Grandview, MO and has the opportunity for hire. Heat Seal Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operation of the heat seal printing machine from set up for print to the end printing of heat seals. Inspect, count, fold and prepare garments for the next step in processing. - Monitor the quality of seals and finished products, adjusting as needed to maintain consistent quality. Process and document orders following company policy. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. - Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, quality control, and maintenance personnel, to optimize production processes. - Meet department production standards. - Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. - Stand, reach and pull through the entire shift. - Perform all other duties as assigned. Heat Seal Requirements: - Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, lift and bend for entire shift. - Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift. - High School diploma or equivalent. - Warehouse experience. - High level for attention to detail. - Ability to cross train for various job responsibilities. - Positive attitude and ability to work in a TEAM environment.
