Senior Manager, Content Marketing Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content engine for our retail media network, defining our market presence and voice.
• Develop and execute a differentiated content strategy to strengthen the brand, establish our point of view, and drive meaningful engagement with key audiences.
• Serve as the editorial lead for owned channels, including professional networking platforms, company websites, and newsletters.
• Extend storytelling through earned and paid media initiatives.
• Translate business priorities, consumer insights, product innovation, industry trends, and internal expertise into compelling content.
• Make complex ideas accessible and provide audiences with compelling reasons to engage.
• Set the content strategy and actively create high-quality content.
• Partner closely with brand and marketing teams to create an integrated external marketing engine across content, industry moments, events, thought leadership, and earned media.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure consistent and effective brand representation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience.
• Proven experience as a strong content strategist and storyteller.
• Demonstrated understanding of the retail media landscape.
• Ability to develop a sharp point of view and translate it into attention-grabbing content.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
• Strong experience leveraging professional networking platforms like LinkedIn for content distribution and engagement.
• Ability to lead content strategy and actively create content.
