Batching Machine Operator / Quality Control Associate - 1st Shift

Location: Littleton, MA

Pay: $24.50/hour

We are currently hiring a Batching Machine Operator / Quality Control Associate for a temporary 1st shift opportunity in Littleton, MA. This hands-on manufacturing position combines production, quality inspection, equipment operation, and batch processing responsibilities. This is a physical role that requires employees to be active throughout the shift while supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of Quality Control experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or medical manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maintain efficient production flow.
• Remove, move, and stage materials and finished products as needed.
• Perform quality checks and product testing using specialized equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of testing activities and production results.
• Assist with batching operations and material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Identify and escalate quality concerns while working closely with production and maintenance teams.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and line adjustments.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize computers for data entry, production documentation, and reporting.
• Clean equipment and work areas before, during, and after production runs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and GMP-compliant work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of Quality Control experience required.
• Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with documentation, quality records, and regulatory compliance.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to lift, move materials, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
