Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing leadership team while creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and exceptional service.
Drive overall hotel performance by balancing guest satisfaction, associate engagement, revenue growth, profitability, and asset stewardship.
Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L results, labor management, revenue trends, and cost controls.
Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and other commercial leaders to maximize market share, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
Provide leadership and oversight of the hotel's food & beverage operations, ensuring strong service, quality, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the property, regularly evaluating service delivery, cleanliness, physical condition, and overall guest experience.
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain talented department leaders while establishing clear expectations and performance standards.
Foster strong relationships with Hilton, ownership, Crescent leadership, community partners, and other key stakeholders.
Serve as an ambassador for the hotel and Crescent Hotels & Resorts within the local community and hospitality industry.
Ensure the hotel operates in accordance with brand standards, Crescent policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
