Security Officer - Third Shift

As a Security Officer Full Time Incident Response in Burr Ridge, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor building access, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with established site procedures; maintain accurate logs and reports as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and maintenance concerns.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
