As a Customer Sales Executive (CSE) supporting Walmart, you will help profitably grow Walmart's and Hershey's businesses by delivering net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin objectives. You will build valued customer partnerships, serve as a trusted business advisor, and use insights and skilled negotiation to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes. In this role, you will leverage consumer, category, and customer insights to develop and execute one-to-three-year business plans that support sustainable growth for both Hershey and Walmart. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver strong business results. What Will You Do?

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $85040 to $106300per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of jobrelated factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
