Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-1:00 PM; weekends off
Pay:$20.00 per hour

Job Summary
The Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining product availability, presentation, rotation, and quality at retail locations across the assigned territory. This role supports sales efforts by building strong customer relationships, identifying display and stocking opportunities, and communicating product or inventory needs to the sales team. The Merchandiser also maintains assigned equipment, completes required records, and represents the organization professionally while working in the market.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate product inventory levels at assigned retail locations.
• Stock, display, and rotate products according to established merchandising standards.
• Inspect products and identify damaged, dented, expired, or out-of-code inventory.
• Coordinate product pickups and exchanges and communicate out-of-stock items and display opportunities to the appropriate sales team member.
• Ensure assigned equipment is clean, functional, and professionally presented.
• Follow established merchandising processes, routines, and quality standards.
• Maintain required records, including mileage, fuel purchases, training, and other compliance documentation.
• Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches, pricing changes, and promotional activity.
• Communicate relevant market observations and opportunities to sales and merchandising leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with retail managers and customers.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional displays, product placement, and account growth.
• Collaborate with sales team members to execute new programs and merchandising initiatives.
• Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Represent the organization and its products professionally while driving and working in the assigned market.
• Follow all applicable company, safety, driving, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Previous merchandising, retail, sales support, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with retail customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and merchandising teams.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle and maintain required driving and mileage records.
• Ability to lift, move, stock, and rotate products as required.
• Ability to identify product quality, inventory, and display issues.
• Ability to observe and communicate competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow established merchandising, safety, and compliance procedures.

Work Experience

• Merchandising, retail, sales support, customer service, or related experience preferred.
