THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards Strategy & Portfolio Management to help drive priorities, governance, execution, and organizational effectiveness across the global Total Rewards function. Partnering closely with the Vice President of Total Rewards and the Director, Benefits Strategy & Total Rewards Operations, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and help ensure disciplined execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role serves as a key connector across Compensation, Benefits, Executive Compensation, Equity, and broader HR teams, helping drive operational excellence, portfolio management, executive communications, leadership team effectiveness, and strategic transformation initiatives. You will also support Total Rewards activities related to acquisitions, integrations, organizational change, and business transformation efforts. THE PERSON: You are a strategic and highly organized program leader who excels at turning business priorities into measurable outcomes. You are comfortable working with senior executives, influencing without direct authority, and driving alignment across complex stakeholder groups. You combine strong business acumen, operational discipline, and executive communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
