KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP S4 Public Cloud Record to Report (R2R) Lead to join our Advisory Services practice

Responsibilities:
  • Own the design of scalable R2R solutions by working with architecture and functional teams to configure SAP BTP, Datasphere, and SAC; ensure alignment with client requirements for real-time reporting, predictive insights, and compliance
  • Conduct finance process assessments, support business case development, and contribute to roadmap execution for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations; assist in preparing clients for key capabilities such as Universal Journal, Group Reporting, and Financial Close
  • Lead assigned workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R programs, ensuring timely and quality execution across design, build, testing, and deployment; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support key finance decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to contribute to business development activities by supporting delivery strategy formulation and helping present SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R solutions that address client needs in financial close, consolidation, and reporting
  • Assist in tracking project financials including forecasting and billing; help align delivery outcomes with finance performance goals such as close cycle reduction, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness
  • Apply R2R delivery accelerators and best practices to enhance project outcomes; support team collaboration, mentor junior resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience managing R2R workstreams across the delivery lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hyper care; experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting key finance decisions in complex environments; experience supporting finance transformation sales initiatives by contributing to delivery strategy, solution design, and proposal development for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R programs targeting financial close and reporting modernization
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field
  • Proven experience leading the design of scalable R2R solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including configuration of Universal Journal, Group Reporting, and integration with SAP BTP, Datasphere, and SAC to support financial reporting and compliance; hands-on experience across at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct finance process assessments, contribute to business case development, and support roadmap execution for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations aligned with client objectives; familiarity with project financial tracking including forecasting and billing; demonstrated ability to align delivery outcomes with finance performance goals such as close cycle reduction, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness
  • Track record of applying R2R delivery accelerators and best practices to improve project outcomes; experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance delivery environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce client-ready deliverables and thought leadership content at publication quality
  • Travel as needed
