Overview
Microsoft is leading the shift to AI-powered work through Microsoft 365 Copilot and a growing portfolio of Copilot experiences. Our Copilot Growth strategy is designed to expand reach, engagement, and value realization across the customer journey-from free experiences and trials to paid adoption, sustained usage, and expansion. The Copilot Marketing team accelerates Copilot growth by connecting product experiences, lifecycle marketing, commercial programs, and partner-led execution. We build scalable motions that help customers discover Copilot, experience meaningful value, convert to paid offerings, and deepen usage over time. At Microsoft, our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We embrace a growth mindset, foster innovation, and collaborate across teams to deliver inclusive customer and partner experiences grounded in respect, integrity, and accountability. About the Role As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Copilot Growth, you will define and drive growth strategy across the free-to-paid customer journey for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Copilot experiences in the Corporate and SMB (SME&C) segment. You will create integrated programs that expand reach, activate new users, demonstrate value, convert qualified customers to paid offerings, and accelerate sustained adoption and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, lifecycle growth, partner enablement, and go-to-market execution. You will connect in-product, digital, field, and partner motions; shape program strategy and offers; equip partners to acquire, activate, and convert customers; and establish measurement frameworks that improve performance across the funnel. If you are passionate about scaling AI adoption, building customer journeys that convert interest into durable value, and enabling partners to deliver repeatable Copilot outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact growth programs at global scale. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
