UC San Diego Health is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Application Analyst (Epic HIM) who will serve as a technical leader with a high degree of knowledge and recognized expertise in Epic HIM areas, including Release of Information, HB Coding, Deficiency Tracking and Identity. Responsibilities include design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic Revenue Cycle application systems as well as providing project management, customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This position will report to the HIM Supervisor in the Information Services department and will closely collaborate with Revenue Cycle operations (HIM, Patient Access, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, Continuous Improvement, Trainers), Clinical teams, as well as third party vendors and other application teams on a daily basis.
