Why this role matters At Truliant Federal Credit Union, our insurance team helps clients protect what matters most through responsive service, accurate policy support, and thoughtful follow up. As an Account Manager I, you'll help clients manage their personal insurance policies, resolve service needs, and receive professional, timely support throughout the life of their coverage. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, staying organized, and growing their knowledge and career in the insurance industry. What you'll do In this role, you'll support a designated group of personal insurance accounts while partnering with clients, carriers, and Insurance Agents. You'll balance responsive service, policy updates, careful documentation, organized follow up, and opportunities to connect clients with additional coverage support. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, your work will include maintaining current knowledge of rating products and agency processes, participating in training and development, and assisting with projects that strengthen the overall client experience.
