Progressive Care RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires excellent clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

As a member of our Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessment, typically those transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care through the application of advanced nursing skills and knowledge.

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required for this position. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to continuous learning and professional development in the field of progressive care nursing.
