This immersive externship offers the opportunity tailored for passionate nursing students to work alongside some of Johns Hopkins' finest healthcare professionals, providing you with valuable mentorship and exposure to a collaborative, fast-paced, and engaging clinical environment. Follow a nurse's schedule and gain hands-on experience at either Johns Hopkins Hospital or Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center while getting paid for your time, recognizing the value and dedication you bring to our team. This position goes beyond the traditional externship by placing you right at the patient's bedside, allowing you to be an active member of the healthcare team. As a CNE you will play a vital role in patient care, actively participating in monitoring vital signs and assessments, assisting with ADLs, maintaining accurate I&Os and so much more! Your involvement will directly contribute to providing patients with exceptional and compassionate care. Salary Range: Minimum 20.00/hour - Maximum 20.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
