Job Duties Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automated packaging equipment used in wet wipe production. Support the production and packaging of finished goods while meeting quality and efficiency standards. Perform quality inspections, product sampling, and documentation throughout the production process. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and company safety standards. Utilize manufacturing systems including JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and scan gun technology. Adjust equipment settings to maximize production performance and minimize downtime. Accurately complete production records and quality documentation. Assist with equipment setup, validation, and changeovers as needed. Support team goals and perform additional duties as assigned. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience. Experience Requirements Manufacturing, machine operation, production, packaging, or equipment operation experience preferred. Experience using computers in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete production documentation. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify production issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Motivated to learn, follow procedures, and work safely in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts with scheduled breaks. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment. Comfortable working overnight shifts in a climate-controlled production facility. Hearing protection may be required in designated areas.
