In addition, you will contribute to strategic projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, improving business processes, and identifying opportunities for automation and scalability across the division. These projects will provide hands-on experience analyzing workflows, recommending process improvements, and supporting initiatives that drive the continued growth and success of the Cannabis Banking Division.
