Description CDL Class A or B Overnight Route Delivery Driver E.A. Sween \| Mishawaka, IN Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour E.A. Sween is hiring experienced Class A or B CDL Route Delivery Drivers to deliver fresh food products to convenience stores on established overnight routes. Join a family-oriented company that values hardworking, dependable employees. This is a physically active delivery job. You will load your truck, unload products, and make multiple deliveries throughout your shift. Schedule Generally 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., until the route is complete Finish times vary based on route completion Nights, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed Pay and Benefits Starting pay is $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities Safely operate a 24-28-foot straight box truck. Deliver fresh food products accurately and on time. Load your truck, verify order counts, and complete required paperwork. Unload and move products using a four-wheel dolly. Provide professional, friendly customer service. Work in warehouse temperatures of approximately 38-70F and varying outdoor weather conditions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL At least 21 years old At least six months of route delivery driving and box truck backing experience, including physically demanding work Motor vehicle record that meets company guidelines Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check Ability to speak and understand English Ability to work in a fast-paced overnight environment Physical Requirements Repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds Push and pull up to 300 pounds of product using a four-wheel dolly Frequently bend, kneel, squat, turn, and reach above shoulder height, at waist level, and to the floor Load and unload your truck throughout the shift Apply today to join the E.A.
