Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Enterprise application packaging and workstation integration experience * MSI, MSIX, Win32, App-V, transforms, silent installs, detection, and dependencies * SCCM/Configuration Manager or Intune software distribution * Compatibility, regression, certification, upgrade, uninstall, and rollback testing * Windows and third-party patch planning, deployment rings, and compliance * PowerShell automation and P1 support capability (PowerShell scripting preferred; packaging scripts and detection logic required) * Work type: Full-time, 8x5 with P1 on-call support Roles & Responsibilities * Coordinate application onboarding and deployment readiness * Package and repackage approved desktop applications * Create install, detection, dependency, upgrade, uninstall, and rollback logic * Perform compatibility, functional, regression, and certification testing * Distribute applications using authorized endpoint tools * Maintain workstation-integration standards and reusable guidance * Perform packaging QA and peer review * Plan, test, schedule, and deploy OS and third-party patches * Monitor deployment, failures, compliance, and exceptions * Troubleshoot packaging, installation, deployment, and patching failures * Support vulnerability remediation and out-of-band patches * Maintain release calendars and coordinate upgrades, replacement, and retirement * Produce deployment and patch-compliance reports Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Clear communication and stakeholder coordination * Analytical troubleshooting and structured problem solving * Documentation, SOP, runbook, and knowledge-sharing discipline * Ownership, SLA focus, teamwork, and continuous improvement Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
