- Cloud & Directory Services: Azure DNS, Microsoft Active Directory
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, VMware environments
- Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Python, Bash, PHP, VBScript, REST APIs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and own the Enterprise & Store Network and Voice strategy, covering WAN/LAN, wireless, voice/UC, and collaboration platforms.
- Align network and voice roadmaps with business strategy, digital transformation, cloud adoption, and security objectives.
- Lead modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, cloud networking, VoIP/UC, automation, and AIOps.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on network resilience, scalability, and innovation.
- Oversee end-to-end architecture across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Internet, data center, cloud, VoIP, SIP, contact center, and collaboration technologies.
