The Johns Hopkins Hospital Oncology Department is searching for New Grad RNs to join our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Our Oncology Nurses work with patients with solid tumors, leukemia, hematologic malignancies, and other cancer diagnoses. Our patients have access to some of the most innovative and advanced therapeis in the world. All new grads are automatically enrolled into our Nurse Residency Program upon hire into an RN position (no additional applications required)! Our program has monthly cohorts so our start dates are flexibile based on your availability! What Awaits You:

Salary Range: Minimum $34.00 per hour - Maximum $51.16 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
