Location: 4940 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224 Requisition #: 627760 Shift: Full Time Day Shift Position Summary: Responsible for assessing the needs of clients or Medical Center/clinic patients and providing counseling or referrals to appropriate community service agencies. Checks to assure clients receive services from referral agency. Provides input in the development of new social work services, and/or improvements to health care delivery systems Education/Experience: Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Master's degree in Social Work and 2 years of previous social work experience. Licensure/Certification: Current state licensure as LCSW required. Knowledge/Skills: Work requires the analytical skills to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.
