Join us as we break barriers and pave the way for a brighter future in pediatric healthcare.The Johns Hopkins Hospital- The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is a 28-bed unit that provides comprehensive medical and surgical intensive care for children from birth to 21 years old. The PICU is Maryland's only Level 1 pediatric trauma center and state-designated pediatric burn ICU for children up to 15 years of age. Medical diagnoses include respiratory failure, metabolic disorders, seizure disorders, multiorgan failure, shock, toxic ingestions, and neonatal and pediatric ECMO. Shifts: 12-hour day/night rotating shift; This position may require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage in the Pediatric Tele-ICU. What Awaits You:

Salary Range: Minimum 36.31 per hour - Maximum 56.28 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
