The Johns Hopkins Hospital Surgical Progressive Care Unit/ IMC is a 32-bed general surgical unit on Zayed 11 West. The unit offers three levels of care: Floor, Telemetry, and Intermediate Medical Care (IMC). You will help lead different initiatives and support the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day operations of the unit, provide resources to staff and help provide patient care. This role is vital in ensuring the unit runs smoothly. Lead Clinical Nurse (LCN) - This position is for an experienced nurse to function as the Lead Clinical Nurse (RN) on the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (Zayed 11 West). Requirements:
