Position Summary:

As the Graphics Design Associate, you will work closely with a team of graphic designers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content aligned with Really Good Stuff's strategy and goals. This role focuses on executing creative solutions, contributing to the visual identity of a brand that is passionate about the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creative Contribution:



  • Assist in the creation of digital and print materials for "Really Good Stuff," including educational product catalogs, classroom resources, social media graphics, emails, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to maintaining the "Really Good Stuff" brand identity, ensuring designs align with the brand's messaging and educational market positioning.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for design projects.


Project Support:



  • Collaborate on multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and project objectives.
  • Work with other departments to ensure designs meet the goals of marketing campaigns for the "Really Good Stuff" brand.


Technical Proficiency:



  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and familiar with tools such as Wrike, Figma, Macintosh OS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, especially those relevant to educational materials and products.


Collaboration and Communication:



  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies for "Really Good Stuff."
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when necessary, external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.



Qualifications:



  • Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital and print design.
  • Familiarity with the education space is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design work, ideally in the educational sector.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
